Shipping Policy

At Lewis Built Performance, we work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are fabricated in-house, shipping times can vary depending on product availability and production schedules.

In-Stock Items

Products listed as in stock will typically ship within 48 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Products With Lead Times

Some products are manufactured to order or may have a listed lead time. Products with a lead time will require additional processing and production time before they can be shipped.

Lead times are estimates and may change due to production schedules, material availability, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Backordered Items

Products that are backordered will require additional time to fulfill. Backordered products will ship once the necessary inventory or components become available.

If an order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may hold the entire order until all items are available unless otherwise arranged with the customer.

Shipping Times

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier.

Please understand that the shipping time shown at checkout is an estimate and is separate from any product production or fulfillment time.

Once an order has been shipped, Lewis Built Performance is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Large or Freight Shipments

Certain products, including larger bumpers and other oversized items, may require freight shipping due to their size or weight.

Freight shipments may require additional delivery arrangements, and the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive freight shipments when required.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Lewis Built Performance is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery policies.

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us as soon as possible. Customers should also retain the original packaging and shipping materials in case they are required for a carrier claim.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the shipping carrier to initiate a delivery investigation.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, shipping method, size, and weight of the order unless otherwise stated.

Any promotional or free-shipping offers are subject to the terms and exclusions stated with the promotion.
