Refund Policy

At Lewis Built Performance, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every part is built with real-world use in mind and inspected before it leaves our shop.

Because many of our products are fabricated specifically for off-road and performance applications, certain products and situations may not qualify for a return.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and uninstalled.
The product must be in its original condition.
The product must not have been modified, painted, powder coated, welded, cut, drilled, or otherwise altered.
The product must include all original hardware and components.
The product must be returned in its original packaging or adequately protected packaging.
Original sales receipt of purchase is required.

Return requests must be approved by Lewis Built Performance before the product is shipped back.

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship a product back without receiving return instructions from Lewis Built Performance.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Custom or specially fabricated products
Products made specifically to a customer's specifications
Products that have been modified or altered
Products that have been installed or used
Clearance or final-sale items
Third-party products, unless otherwise stated

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, contact Lewis Built Performance as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
Photos showing any damage or defect

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Shipping Damage

All products should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the damage with photographs before opening the package and contacting us as soon as possible.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier may require an inspection or claim with the carrier.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If Lewis Built Performance determines that the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the condition of the product and the costs associated with processing and preparing the product for resale.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may be refused.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.

Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an eligible product for another product, contact us before sending the original product back.

Any difference in product price, shipping costs, or applicable fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is the result of an error or defective product on our part.

Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment and compatibility before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a product will work with your vehicle or suspension configuration, contact Lewis Built Performance before ordering.

Lift height, suspension components, wheel and tire combinations, aftermarket modifications, and other vehicle changes can affect fitment.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are separate matters. A product that develops a defect after installation may be covered under the applicable Lewis Built Performance warranty even if it is outside the standard return period.
